For Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, Sound Baths, Packages, and Events:

All services must be purchased online at the time of booking. No exceptions. No returns/exchanges/refunds. All sales are final. Thank you for understanding.

 

Private sessions are non-refundable once booked and can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. No refunds for unattended private sessions or for sessions canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time.

 

Group sessions are non-refundable once booked and can be rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. No refunds for unattended group sessions canceled within 2 hours of session time.

 

Packages are non-refundable once purchased. Packages are good for one year from the date of purchase. No refunds for unused package sessions.

 

Events are non-refundable once purchased. No refunds for unattended events.

 

For Merchandise Sales:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. Thank you for understanding. All shirts purchased online are same-day processed and custom printed; no returns/exchanges/refunds due to size. Please make sure to verify the correct size using the size chart.

 

For Gift Cards and Digital Products:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. Thank you for understanding. 

 

In the extremely rare instance that a refund is granted for purchased items, services, or events, refunds will be issued via Zelle or Venmo. Refunds issued to the purchaser's original form of payment are subject to a $25 service fee that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Thanks for understanding.
